This is Commander Adam Kane from Dead Rising 3 Operation Broken Eagle. They don't have a Dead Rising category for some reason, so I guess i'll just have to put it on Zombies. Though not the most interesting character in the series, Kane makes up for it with an awesome look and a cool little story. I used a GI JOE 25th Mutt body with tape and paint, then I added a GI JOE Retaliation Firefly head with some sharpie and added some guns and knives. I hope you enjoy!
