Cyclops v2.0
The man w/the master plan, the man to be, the master of disaster, the Leader. Another from the wip shelf, and I'm very happy w/him. I needed a leader for a long time n here is bmf!i had to hallow out his eyes for the blast to stay in. Also I switched out the crotch, because his belt wouldn't of looked proper.
