Finally managed to secure a proper wheelchair for Chuck here thanks to the WWF accessories pack. Repainted that and popped a ML Xavier head on a Batman Harvey Dent figure. Swapped the left hand with Klaw for a more dramatic look and painted the whole lot. Cerebro helmet pinched from the movie Xavier and a removable Darice foam blanket for those chilly nights in the mansion.
