Dark Empire is a tough look because it really isn't drawn consistently from cover to cover or from book to book. I did an amalgam of the one of the covers I saw, a picture from a source book, and the old 3 3/4 figure.

Luke is made from a Darth Maul body with a Hydroshrunk Sideshow Luke head. The collar is from Nick Fury and the cloth skirt is from an LOTR figure dyed black.

Thanks, Hydroshrinking isn't that hard if you know how to cast. If you are thinking about trying it, I would get comfortable with molding and casting. There is a really good tutorial on Iron cow's website.

Thanks man! that's a high compliment because his look is really inconsistent throughout the graphic novel. I tried to to an amalgam of the common elements. And thank you also to everyone I couldn't reply to individually, my work computer is crazy slow.
