With the current arc in 'The Walking Dead' comics playing out, I wanted to try my hands at a figure like with some relation to it. I hadn't used an official TWD figure before, so I figured I would see how I felt about them and do a quick, simple project, with this generic Savior figure being the result.

For those of you don't follow the comics, The Saviors are basically the current antagonists of the series; pretty much a large group of psychos who are attacking Rick and company.

Pretty simple figure; the body is a comics series Governor and the head is from a comic series Glenn (in Riot gear). I originally planned to sculpt more onto the head, but I grew to liking that bald look and I like the really apathetic face he has;good for a pyscho character and since he doesn't look like his show character, he could fit into a collection pretty well.

Repainted shirt, added bloodstains and dirt to the vest, shirt and pants and then everything was sealed.

M16 was from the fodder bin and the spear was made from a knife weapon glued to a lego piece, wrapped with some thin wire and then slightly repainted and washed.
