I used Prof.X and the Joker Head from Mattel. I dremeled the neck and used a Ball joint for the Head, sculptered gloves and repainted the whole thing...

This is great! I would see if you couldn't make some interchangable hands and maybe some Razor Cards as an accesory.

Like this joker a lot, I think you should have used different hands though. Bullseye's hands would be perfect
