well Hatchet sal is of the right arm enemies of big tony in ts2 level chicago... well in story mode theres like 40 bad guys having is sketch lol but in multiplayer they have a real identaty so if you dont pay your dets to big tony hatchet sal will cut your hand :O thats is job ^^ well they mostly just shoot you like every other enemies lol i just repainted everything. simple custom but after all theres over 200 characters in timesplitter serie so they dont all need to be awsome and big lol
