Here he is, I had him on the back burner for so long and just finished him. A C list villain, but he's from my home town Racine, Wi. I didn't like the roml version, so I had to make my own. Enjoy

Recipe
Base - sc batman, w/ears and belt removed
Forearms and lower legs - random dcu figure
Whips - roml constrictor
