I took a Rocket Raccoon series Jean Grey, I chopped off her shoulder pads, removed her gauntlets, modified her mask, molded her boots and thickened up her scrawny thighs with apoxy, I painted the entire figure with acrylic colors and added a bendable cloth cape. I added apoxy to her head then glue on Jean's hair. After finishing off Polaris I realized that I went a little overboard with her mask. She kind of looks like Malificent from sleeping beauty. But I finally have a decent Polaris
