I liked the factory Carnage figure but wanted him t be more 3D. So I decided to fix the issues.

He was give a 3D sculpting over the base figure.

Next he was given a Cletus Kasady head that is interchangeable with the symbiote version. They just pop on and off.

He needed weapons. Carnage can form anything with his alien suit, so I made him an axe hand. The hand is interchangeable with the regular a magnets.

He was primed using Citadel primer, and painted using Citadel, Tamiya, Formula P3, Model Masters, and other paints. Some areas are glossy and some are metallic. He was then sealed so there would not be any paint rub issues.

There is a ton of detail to the sculpt so repainting, dry brushing, washes, and advanced paint techniques were done to make the line work pop. Some areas are glossy,some flat and some are glossy. The colors are different shades of blacks, reds, grays, and others.
