Adding to my Dungeons and Dragons team is Bobby the Barbarian. I made him by shortening X-23. Green Stuff for the sculpting (fur boots and shorts, harness studs, helmet and hair.) The chest harness is foam. The horns came from Maestro's helmet (who's really going to argue with Bobby.) The club is scratch built from repair putty and Green Stuff. Next on the worktable is Presto the Magician.

Very similar to the cartoon! I could tell what they are right away just from the thumbnail image.
