Another Ghost figure! Like I said before, I'm not really attached to the character or series, but I wanted to use up some fodder and the pieces just fit too well together.

Basically your standard kitbash, like most 1/6 figures. The original body is a GI Joe Storm Shadow figure that was once my UBCS custom. All of the work that I did was in the head, which got a total makeover.

The whole head was washed and got a new black paintjob. Next, I put on the headgear. Those headphones were the biggest pain. Let me tell you, not all 12 inch items are made equal. For some reason, the maker made them HUGE, they would not stay on his head or really any other figures. To make things words, the connecting band is made out of metal. I finally just cut it in half and then carefully glued the two pieces to the head and painted them. Trust me, I used enough super glue that those things could survive a bomb drop.

Next was the sunglasses. Also too big and stayed on the figures face poorly. I ended up trimming them down and gluing them to the face as well. They're not going anywhere either.

The final step was the skull mask design, which I did with a toothpick and small paintbrush. A little tedious, but I'm pleased with the results.
