Hello guys! , Today I give a legend from the very beginning of time , from the final days of the battle in Heaven between Lucifer rebellious forces and GOD's noble Archangels , specifically the Archangel Michael's casting the devil himself into the abyss , but not before Lucifer takes his sword and cuts off Michael's holy wings , laughing as he fell to the very depths of Hell , to be imprisoned there for all eternity , but Michael wouldn't let him have that pleasure , he quickly blessed his torn wings and went on to Earth , and waited for a sign from GOD , in the middle of a village raid by barbaric forces (both Heaven and Earth were in complete chaos in those days) a mother and her child are about to be killed by a savage soldier , who hesitates and let them go (they reminded him of his own family) , he turns around and sees all the death and mindless destruction they have caused and then and there repents about his cowardly evil actions and begins to fight his own people in order to stop them , Michael is ecstatic ,there was the sign he was waiting for , but as he approach the man , the barbarian leader , furious by his soldiers betrayal , shots an arrow strait into the man's heart , Michael (invisible to everyone , except the fallen man) , kneels down and grant unto him his blessed angelic wings ,healing him instantly and filling him with a great compulsion justice , now rising like a phoenix and with a new mission in life (to vanquish injustice and oppression wherever he found it) , he became the Legendary Freedom Fighter and purge not just the village , but the whole land (with the help of others , but that's another tale!) , years passed , but hero or not , he was still human , and as all men he died , and went onto Heaven to return his blessed gift to it's rightful owner , The Archangel Michael , who decides to give the man one last task , to find someone who was like him before , a sinner willing to repent by giving his own life for others and give him the "The Wings of Freedom" and so found such person , and so he did Michael's wish , this went on for centuries until a young ghetto gang member named Elijah Hawkins give his life saving a little girl in a drive shot by his own gang , laying on the cold pavement fatally wounded a stranger gently touches him and sais "RAISE MY SOUL BROTHER AND BE FREE!" , thus begins the heroic story of Freedom Hawk , Urban hero (one of my earlier customs , please check him out too!) , Eli had a younger sister Annabelle , who worship her Big Brother very much and as she grew up wanted to be like him , so as soon she became 18 enlisted in Army to serve her country and went to serve two tours , but when she return home , news that her brother had been killed devastated her soul , depressed and lonely (they were orphans and only had each other) went on a very dark path of drug abuse and alcohol drinking , then one night in an alley a group of thugs were trying to mug an elderly woman , seeing this abusive act , something inside Anna's heart awaken and she rushed to her aid , managing to ward off the majority of them , but when she let her guard down , one the ruffians stabbed her in the back with a knife , the old woman scared , ran off to seek help , not knowing the poor girl was about to die , and just as she was to close her eyes for the last time , a vision of her late brother hold her and whispered "I'm sorry , well done , NOW WAKE UP!!", fully cured and with new found strength physically , mentally and spiritually , Annabelle decides to follow and honor her brothers footsteps and become a heroine , a symbol of justice , freedom and hope , donning a patriotic costume , becomes Michael's Sword against evil and tyranny on Earth , The Freedom Angel!!. OK , another long story , I should write a book! , Recipe is rather simple somehow I manage to get a second set of wings like the ones I used in my Freedom Hawk but wanted them on a female figure instead , that same day bought 2 Impact Wrestling divas figures that I noticed would look a lot better with each other parts interchanged , one of them already had this very patriotic theme on her and decide to expanded further on it , change her legs and used her knee pads as shoulder plates (had 2 pair of them) an simply added a blue wire clip to her rather big forehead as a bandana , the wings were a knight mare to glue on , the material totally rejected the glue , so decided to sand and washed them some more and glue them to each other and waited half a day to fully dry and then glue it again to her back (more specifically her rubber hair witch had to be glue as well to the body in order to handle the weight , thus losing the head and torso articulations) and waited another half day to dry (again!) , wanted to make her base , but to my surprise the figure can actually stand on her own without falling , NICE!.
