Here I bring you my Agent Venom in the colors that he brandished as a member of the Thunderbolts. The base figure is an XMC Airstrike Wolverine with added sculpt and modified black Panther hands. Each spike was individually sculpted and glued into holes I drilled in the sculpt.
He comes with a pair of Venom heads, one the default Agent Venom head which is a reshaped and resculpted Hasbro Black Panther head and the other a "crazy" Venom head which is just a Marvel Select Venom cast. These heads swap out via magnets.
I also made some symbiote tendrils capable of holding weapons out of some craft wire and hot glue.
The belt is cobbled together from fodder pouches.
