Super simple. Used a Star wars Black series Biggs Darklighter head & popped it on a wave 1 IM wave classic 70s IM body. Biggs looks just like Tony IMO.

You could chk out vortious customas and pick up casual Friday under Custom Kits. You could get it molded in black and that would save a lot of paint and prevent scratching if you went for the black suit look.
