Chuck is one of my favourite television shows because of its geeky humour, good action scenes on a network TV show budget, fun guest stars and cameos and of course its excellent lead actors, Zachary Levi and Yvonne Strahovski. I did a Sarah Walker custom figure for the Summertime Sirens contest and decided to attempt a custom of the title character, Chuck Bartowski. The base figure was a Mattel Arkham City Joker; I couldn't use the Movie Masters suit bucks as they were too short next to the Sarah custom. Getting an adequate likeness was very challenging and I think this looks very, very little like Levi as the character but it's as close as I could get. Took the head from a Spider-Man movie Peter Parker, sculpted new hair and re-sculpted the mouth and chin. Sculpted on the shirt, used a print-out as the Buy More Nerd Herd badge and cut a piece of craft pleather for the tie. Spliced in the lower arms from the same Peter Parker figure, left hand from an Iron Man and right hand from a Ghostbusters Peter Venkman. Took the shoes from the same Peter Parker figure; that's one thing on this figure I'm kinda proud of. Thanks for looking!
