This figure is a Chiss Sith. I repainted a G.I. Joe Retaliation Zartan figure. I used one of the heads that came with Zartan and sculpted the hair with Aves Epoxy Sculpt. I glued on a belt with some fabric from my fodder box. I used two different Darth Maul lightsabers, one with blades and one without and added the same effects to give them a matching look.
