The base figure is a DC Universe Classics Star Sapphire Wonder Woman with the costume sanded down and re-sculpted. The pieces that hang down over her hips are made from very thin plastic taken from a notebook cover. They are flexible enough to retain most of the hip movement, but they are strong enough to be painted. I replaced the left fist with an open hand from a DCUC Cheetah. The head is from a Marvel Legends Maria Hill with sculpted hair and helmet.
