This is a pretty basic fix to create the short coat look. The jacket was trimmed using photos for reference. Hands were replaced using spare Han Solo hands.

Next step? Fixing that derned head... Just not right.

Havok's jacket is usually closed at the bottom, but you could probably heat it and bend it shut? Great custom Starlord!
