I like to think of this as a Cobra Resolute Red Skull Variant or a: What if....Red Skull was the Cobra Commander.

This figure uses the higher articulation base from the Hydra soldier figure from the same CA movie line. The figure was carefully polished with 400-600 fine sand paper and all the joints were sanded down to reduce joint rub. The figure was painted from the original green to the flat black and crimson striping using high quality tester model master acrylic paint. The original Red Skull head and hands were transferred to this base figure.
