After seeing Valentina in the Justice League comics (although for a brief moment and then had her killed by Johnny Quick) I felt I should honor her by customizing
Negative Woman!

Base: ML Madame Masque
Boot cuffs: DCD BL Hawkgirl

For her bandages I used Teflon tape, wrapping it all around her head & then painting it! It worked wonderfully!!
