This is our second crack at Monarch. Our first one was done in DCUC style. This is for a US-based, DC Direct collector's display shelf.

He was made from a DCD Starman with DCUC Luthor gloves and feet. The rest is sculpted... headgear, torso armour, leg armour, belt etc. Skirt sides are fodder, skirt front fro mscratch.

He was then wrapped up with a combo of semi-gloss, glossy and metallic paintjob. No matte parts to convey his out-of-this-earth nature. He may very well be our smoothest paintjob to date.
