Ah, a classic Golden Age villain complete with semi-goofy powers (the ability to play truly hypnotic music) and a name that clearly pointed to his destiny as a malevolent maestro, Isaac Bowin.

The Fiddler was composed (that's a musical reference...not the last, either) of Batman '66 Joker body, DCUC Kamandi hands, and a Ghostbusters Vigo head. The violin is a dollhouse miniature. Together I hope they've made beautiful music for I would hate to end this custom on a low note, and be forced to toss him off a clef. Feel free to groan now.
