This a complete custom that I dremeled down, sanded, puttied and repainted , took me about 2 or 3 hours to do a lot of fun and completed my own version of splinter , The Arcade Machine really works plays the ardade game of first level up until right after shredder kidaps April O'Neil ! - I added pictures on it but I bought it from someone . really in scale with turtles and Splinter to play the game haha , Rat King custom and mousers also in background ! Hope you like my take on him!~
