All those hours of sanding, you just made up for them!
For me there was no other way then making these with the old Bravestarr toys, it's nostalgia and making what I wanted as a kid. It was a blast growing up in the 80's
I made my Dingo Dan with Filmation as inspiration and not the prototype Dingo-"man" from Mattel so mine doesn't switch faces, only the dingo face.
To be honest I hadn't thought about making a Filmation acurate Bravestarr or Tex Hex, but now youve mention it, there are things brewing in the back of my head.
I do have some other figures on my wishlist (also made a Dingo-Dan custom, will upload pictures later) like the Shamaan I'm working on now. I've thaught about Judge J.B./Vipra but I think I need to split a Bravestarr figure to make the shoulder pegs come in a bit so it doesn't look like she has bodybuilder shoulders. 30/30 is on the list but I'm still thinking/looking/contemplating recepi/parts. There is also the idea to make some custom Turbomules...... and....I'm going through all the episodes just to look for cool looking characters. Let's just say I hope to build a lot more Bravestarr stuff
I ussualy make vintage motu customs but I realy love these guys. They're a lot of fun to work on.
