Mr. Element is another commission piece, I used Vigilante for the base. Collar is a modified DCUC cape, nails for the antennae, a piece from and old STOMP WWF Stone Cold figure for the gas mask modified with green stuff, all the armor details and ear pieces were also sculpted with green stuff, all wrapped up with a lot of green paint.

Man oh man, this is a classic throwback Flash villain. You have got to make a Dr Alchemy for the coup de gras'. Great custom.
