In the current Valiant universe, Bloodshot was created by Project Rising Spirit to hunt down and capture or eliminate psiots (Valiant's word for mutants.) I used a Marvel Legends Steve Rogers for the base body. I sanded down the legs and sculpted new pants. The hair was also partially sanded down and re-sculpted. The belt and straps are a combination of belts from various figures, along with some Apoxie Sculpt. The sword sheath was made from vinyl wrapped around the sword.
