Another D&D figure I've been wanted to try. Found a Skeletor head cast on ebay (thanks ibmmt) and went to work. The tunic is a Mandarin robe from my fodder pile that was in pretty rough shape-the bottom half was torn and missing portions. Worked pretty good for this one. The boots are from Hobgoblin, used screws to add them to the lower legs (thanks Tutorial section). Used Green Stuff for sculpting the helmet, scarf and belt.
