In the spirit of thinking outside the box (and having received the "ok" to do so) I'm submitting a custom boba fett helmet. This is a hefty customization of a rubies boba fett helmet which was never up to my high standards, we have before and after pics down there. First thing I fixed was the lousy paintjob, redoing the red around the visor, adding damage all over, and fixing other inaccuracies. its not my best paint work but its certainly and improvement. Rubies have an unfortunate, barely existent visor which is far too small, thinly tinted, and just doesn't look good, so I cut it out and replaced it altogether. It now has a full, dark visor. The inside of the helmet was also important to improve as it was and empty bucket before that bobbled all over the place. I added foam inserts and proper helmet lining as seen in pic 3(hard to get good pics of the inside). it now fits snug and comfortable for whatever needs I may have of it. Funny story, I actually mowed the lawn wearing this once to protect my face from an annoying flying insect problem.
