Just converted his legs to MM Joker's and he now has leg articulation. I went ahead and drybrushed a dull brown on the boots and pants to give a dirty, homeless look. I also added neck articulation and repainted his mask. Currently for sale on eBay with Nite Owl. Thanks for looking.
