Here is the female Whiplash (Leeann Foreman) from the 90's. I really had no intention of making this character, but while researching the more famous Whiplash/Blacklash, Mark Scarlotti, I kept coming across pictures of her. The costume is so ridiculous looking, as with most 90's costumes, that I figured it would be a fun one to make. The base body is a ToysRUs boxset Jean Grey. The mask is made of thin plastic glued to her face, and the hair is from a DC Universe Classics Cheetah with a little added sculpting. The shoulder pads are a combination of thin plastic and Apoxie, and the rest of the armor and padding was sculpted. The tentacles come from a trio of Marvel Legends Contrictors.
