The base figure was a Tygra, though I switched out the feet and arms for the ones from the Lion-O figure, I used Lion-O's head too. I started by dremeling off all the hair, and used that as a base to resculpt the face for the helmeted version. I sculpted the alternate head with no helmet from scratch. Both of the heads have a small dowel attached to them and slide in place through a hole in the neck. The body was reshaped and I sculpted the appropriate clothes, boots and cuffs for Jaga. The cape is made from heavy silk. To avoid sewing, the pleats and seams were added using strong double sided tape. It is removable and slides in either side of a tube in the chest (made from part of a pen). The Thundercats logo is attached to a dowel and slides into the tube, held in place with a magnet. This keeps the logo in place, as well as locking in the cape. High res pictures as well as WIP shots can be seen on the ThundercatsLair forums, in the customs section. ![]() |
