For this custom, I started with a DC Universe Classic Catwoman. I sanded the face blank and made a new face using Magic Sculpt, re-adding parts of Catwoman's hair to create Blink's bangs and ponytail. I used some rubberized plastic to make the ears, and made some mods to the boots and back of the figure. The skin is a five-color mix, made special for this to try and represent what purple skin might actually look like (as opposed to just painting her light purple). The dress and sleeves were painted with a mix of Flourescent Green, Signal Green, and Clear Green. The belt and neck piece were made from .08 rubber material, and painted with a reddish copper and chrome combo. The quiver was made from the pistol holster of an oversized eight-inch figure, and the straps from an Indiana Jones satchel bag, and then painted with Leather Brown, Flat Brown, and a Flat Black dry-brushing to imitate wear. Blink's crystals were made from a transparent acrlic, and then painted with a clear red and clear blue mix.
