First and foremost, I would like to start by saying that this recipe was 100% inspired by Shinobitron. He used this same recipe on a Bullseye figure about a year ago. In my opinion, Shinobitron is a genius and one of the best on this sites. I hope he doesn't mind me using his recipe.

Anyway, the figure uses a Bullseye head, neck guard and leg strap. The rest is a ML Punisher from the Epic Heroes wave. The weapons are from the fodder bin. I really do think that this is a cool recipe (thanks again Shinobitron).
