I saw some custom where they customise a movie Hobgoblin into a Winter Soldier. I was inspired to try out this method. I had a Movie Hobgoblin bust lying around conveniently. I started off sculpting the robot arm with mechanical details, then I moved on to sculpting the hair. I kept his hair short cause I like it that way, but I sculpted his hair so it looked like it was down covering his fore head. I sculpted a zipper. Finally a paint job was done. Feedback greatly appreciated.
