"In the name of My Father, and his Father...I CAST YOU OUT!"
The coming release of the new Avengers: AU wave BaF Odin looks great, but a couple of things are certain--it won't feature the paint detail or serious articulation this brutish rendition of Odin Borson does!

This piece took many, MANY hours of work! Here's the recipe:

Head, Pauldrons - SMC Rhino
Upper body - ML Beta Ray Bill
Arms - LCBH Savage Dragon
Beard, Lower body, legs and cape - McFarlane Toys Viking Spawn
Feet - ML Thorbuster Iron Man

Heavily modified the head, shoulders, torso and legs with a lot of drilling, dremelling, and sanding then used some heat-and-pop and joint creation techniques to put it all back together.

I sculpted the hair fodder into the beard and blended it in with a sculpting tool to match the textures. The helm was sculpted from scratch and fodder from another McFarlane figure. Affixed the pauldrons and cape to the shoulders/upper with more Apoxie and some Krazy Glue. Sculpted extra armor around his waist to bulk up the undersized Beta Ray Bill lower torso and then repainted everything.

Just to show how massive this one is in scale, you can see from the reference pics that he's almost 1" taller than and much wider than the Marvel Select Loki figure.

Loki is going to be hard pressed to seize the throne from this dude!
