I can tell you seem to be a well informed person with the person of Jesus... however with some of your other comments on this thread about Jesus having a prostitute wife or his omnipotence being void because of Jesus not doing anything for the world that suffers etc.... I would love to talk to you more about this in a private message.
Either way Marvel Mark, your work is great and regardless you still put effort into this custom... and being that this is a customizing site I say nice work with your customizing skills.

Although I have before spoken to more people about many religions and have always gotten the same conclusion: I do not need a deity to be a better person and do good to the world.
In my personal opinion (as respected as yours and as anyone) religions are fashions, also today believe in Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha (although more than a deity is an illuminated) in the past it was believed Zeus, Odin, Quetzalcoatl, etc.
With this custom, the only thing I sought is to recreate a character from the past (I wonder if Marvel also had these kinds of comments when introduced to Thor or Mephisto in his comics). Also wanted to make Santa Claus, but I did not get the base figure.
As for the custom itself, you did great work. It's a good base figure, good paint work, and the cross itself is done really well.
Please understand, when my Master provides an opportunity such as this to share about His love and sacrifice, I have no choice but to happily jump in and speak truth. Scripture tells us all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God through sin. It also states that the penalty for sin is death and eternal separation from God. We are all under a death penalty (a permanent, eternal death penalty) unless we surrender to Jesus. Surrender doesn't come natural to any of us, but little by little He refines us and shapes us, just as a potter shapes a clay pot for his own purposes. one of my purposes was to type this message. If you'd like to talk more about it, I'm available.
Thanks for your comments I really enjoyed doing this figure because it was the first time I've used materials like wood and fabric and that technique painted by shades.
Clarifying to prevent more people will "offend" the character's name is Yisus, not Jesus. He is a character in an alternate reality just like Ares in DC comics or Zeus in Marvel Comics.
My eagerness was not tease and with all due respect, no need to talk about religion, good and evil, or more things Foster style.
I just take a character from folklore and reinvent, as do thousands of people around the world.
It's fine to say you meant all due respect, but the way Jesus is portrayed in your work doesn't show any respect at all, even if you say he's from an alternate reality. There's nothing respectful about portraying Him lying around with hoes. There's nothing virtuous about this "character." It's fine to say it's an alternate-verse Jesus, a madeup character, or whatever you want to call it, but I think it's easy to tell that you wanted to have fun with this one, even if it was at the expense of someone who sacrificed for you...even if you don't recognize or accept that sacrifice. I'm not gonan post anymore about this one, but I did want to make it clear that I'm not simply a fan of Jesus. Most fans don't personally know the ones they cheer for. I am blessed to know the One I follow daily.
And you say it has something to do with me your deity, god, imaginary friend or whatever you call. I could argue that also came the day that you meet Chthulhu.

I was considering making some work on Thor and Quetzalcoatl but considering your comments afraid someone to believe in them, is to be so angry as you did. I will take your comments into consideration for future work in relation to deities.
