My all-time favorite superhero costume is Young Justice Nightwing. It is so tactical, clean, and awesome looking - a perfect update to the iconic Nightwing look. I was very disappointed that they never released a line of figures for Young Justice Invasion (Season 2) that featured this Nightwing. So I bought my first custom on eBay and spent a lot of money (the most I ever spent on one figure). I was in awe at the craftsmanship of the custom YJ Nightwing, which inspired me to pick up a paint brush and try making my own customs. After a few failed attempts on cheap 4 inch figures, I finally decided to try serious attempt on a 6 inch scale figure.

This is my very first 6 inch figure custom (I consider the initial fiddling with 4 inch figures as practice or experimentation). Though my skills continue to improve with each project, I will always cherish this one as the one that started it all.
