This is Boogerman. He is from Boogerman a Pick and Flick Adventure. this was a game that came out in the 90's. It was in the same vein as the Earthworm jim games. This game was hilariously gross and fun. Boogerman even gained enough popularity that he was featured in two Clayfighter games and even has a planned sequel by the original creators.
