So, when I was real little, I was a big fan of Robin. I've always been a Batman fan, but there was always that awesome fact that even though I was a kid, I could still be Robin. And while Grayson's animated redesign was pretty cool, I've always been biased to Drake's red and black costume. In the past few months, I've delved a decent bit into Batman customs, but never opted to take on a Robin. I did consider it after seeing his cameo in Arkham City, though, and playing the DLC. He looked really cool. The only thing I knew for sure was that I wanted to use the standard build for him. I didn't like him always being made skinny, like MU Spiderman figures. He also always made more since in the standard build. So, I started with a Cap and gave him the arm blades and cape from the Infinite Heroes Batman, with the belt coming from a later Infinite Heroes Batman release. Sculpted up the rest of the gauntlets, and the emblem. Full repaint, head from a Young Justice Robin, and a metal staff to finish him off. Really happy with how he came out, and hoping to finish an animated style Grayson sometime as well.
