Ultimate Hybrid.... or call it whatever you want :P Combination of couple of figures:
Neca Predalien - Lower jaw, mandibles, tail, tubes
Warrior Alien - head, hand, feet
Engineer - base body
some old ninja figure - dreads
and tyranid parts - upper mandibles

Lot of drilling, sculpting, parts swapping, but i'm pretty happy with it. I like his colour. I tried to achieve some more random/natural skin texture. Unfortunately, without some stand, he wouldn't stand up straight...sad :(
