I used a MU Patriot head on a MU Punisher body to make Blizzard. I repainted him with metallic blue and snow white paint.

Very nice!Everything he needs to nail the look is definitely there. I'd say the only thing that'd make im better is more ice accessories. Great job on the paints btw.
