Tom Tresser first appeared in backup stories in Detective Comics where he eventually teamed up with the Bat to clear his brother's name. Nemesis is the newest member in my year long mission to complete the main members of Ostrander's Suicide Squad. Nemesis was made using DCUC Jack Knight Starman's lower legs and a standard DCUC upper body and arms. To make the turtleneck I used the front piece from a Guy Gardner GL figure and then continued to sculpt it around the neck. The head is a Marvel Legends Steve Rogers with a sculpted on 1970's Robert Redford hairdo. Feathered and lethal, this Nemesis is ready for duty. Just watch out, a master of disguise, he could be any custom., lol.
