Happy Friday the 13th! Well here's a big boy that was ridiculously tough to make. My most valued customer asked me to make this one for him about 2 months ago. The requirements...make him BIG! The comic version of this version of Majestic is pretty stacked so I knew I had to go with a pretty big base. I chose Etrigan because of the red joints and size. I began by sanding down parts and then resculpting the legs, helm and hair, white strips, boots, and then the gauntlets. I also added some SOTA Guile fists. For the shoulder pads, I sculpted them separately in stages and then attached them with leather strips glued to the back. This way he can raise his arms without having that articulation hindered in any way. Finally I added the big cape. The hardest part of this figure??? the white paint. You all know how difficult it is to get it to lay down smoothly! Overall I think he turned out really well. He's certainly a tough mudder and...he's BIG! Thanks for looking and have a great weekend! coming next (in the next week or two) - Brandon Routh Superman Returns MASTER EDITION - Nicholas Hammond Spider-Man - Lee Bermejo Batman Noel and maybe a Kirk Alyn Superman :) ![]() |
