A friend mentioned that actor Stephen Amell has this thing on his Facebook page called "fan art Fridays" and I wanted to make a custom figure to submit. I was inspired by the new Arrow figures just announced at Toy Fair 2015, including a figure of Oliver's right-hand man John Diggle. I decided to try making Diggle in a DCUC style, and Mr. Terrifc seemed like the natural base figure. Mr. Terrific's head would've worked great, but I'd already used it to make Manny, incidentally also from a DC TV show. I took the head from John Stewart Green Lantern - fitting, considering the initial speculation that Diggle was a version of John Stewart. Sculpted on extra hair and dremelled and reworked the hairline. Swapped out the lower legs for those from a X-Men movie Wolverine. Sculpted on the collar and buttons, as well as the zippers on his jacket. Painted everything up accordingly.
