This is awesome! Certainly the best Storm I've ever seen, and one of my favorite customs of all time.

The white paint job is so boss. How did you get it to look so smooth but also have that gloss? I hope you don't mind me asking, I'm just starting out customizing and would love to get any advice from someone as skilled as you!

Feel free to PM anytime you have a question or need some advice I'm happy to help and share. If you haven't already I would refer you to the really great tutorials on this site. They helped me a lot in the beginning.

As far as the paint all I can say is prep work is key. Disassemble if you're up for it. Prime it white. Multiple thin layers. Let it dry completely between coats. You don't want to cake on the paint especially at the joints. I used a touch of silver with white paint to get that nice sheen.

Just saw your awesome Psylocke, and now I see this beautiful and perfect Storm that I missed. Great work, great painting! It's now my favorite Jim Lee style Storm custom.

I remember seeing your Marvel Now Rogue a while back and thought that captured the mischievous look Olivier Coipel gave her hands down, but this Storm smacks that into the ground. The shoulder detail, the hair (never liked the old Toybiz blob of hair on a tiny head) and the new Hasbro body suits her really well. Really great job mate!

Does your storm have a problem with weak bendy knee joints as well? I made a Superior Spider-girl from her, and the posing is atrocious.

Yep, had to crack her open and remove the arms from the sockets too. Good deal of prep work for this one lol.
