Cyclops based on my favorite X-Men artist, Paul Smith. More about capturing the slim build he gave Cyke during his run, I knew I wanted to use the shiny blue Spider-Man 2099 base for this custom specifically. HML Astonishing Cyke head, Constrictor calves, gloves and boots from TRU X-Men set,styrene belt. Scott finally fits his "Slim" nickname on this body.

Updated with HML Banshee forearms & gloves, and repainted boots to match yellows.

That is brilliant and wonderful. Head looks too high on the neck, but otherwise really really great.
