This was a recipe in Toyfare a while back. Dremmelled the feet down and cut down the cape to fit character's look. I used putty for the cape buckles. I also added a LoTR Aragorn sword and sheath on the belt. Swapped a Wonderman head, and a total repaint later, this is what I got. I'm trying to make a helmet as well, but struggling to get it right, so I'll add it at a later date with a shield.
