Mutagen man here is pretty much built from scratch. the tube is an old shower gel bottle and i used revoltech joints for articulation. His arms are made from coloured hot glue and almost everything else is sculpted from polymer clay. Unfortunately he is a pain to pose due to his body being pretty heavy. i am really happy with the light up feature though.

Really simple, I mounted a green LED in the base with the wires poking through the bottom. sealed it with super glue and just conned a battery by sliding it between the two wires
