So dig if you will this version of Hecate, mother to all monsters. She appeared in the Hellboy issue Wake the Devil and she's not exactly thrilled that Hellboy has strayed so far from his calling.
Made from a DC Starfire upper body attached to a toy snake mid-section and Panther Alien tail. Toy squid tentacles, a few more toy snakes for the hair and sculpted the hands. The base stand came from a Mummy Imhotep set remodified.
Hellboy measures 3.75" tall, made from DC Universe Bizarro with resculpted head. Rock fist made from a MU Thing fist. DC Universe Bluedevil feet, Monster Inc Randall Boggs tail.
